I'm not a programme led coach as I value the individuality and nuanced differences in everyone I work with
I'm agile and flexible enough to cater to your needs and be what is required for you as a thinking partner.
My coaching is direct and I like to compassionately challenge the people I work with. I can dial this up, or down based on your preference.
I don't do any pre-recorded material, so my time is taken up by working directly with people.
The only guarantee I can make is that I will provide the best service that I can, and through working me with you will increase your chances of cultivating the life you desire, and the outcomes you seek.
All I would ask for you is that you are honest in ensuring that you're fully committed, intentional and take full ownership during our coaching agreement.
The people who have had the best experiences and results display all those qualities.
I offer a complimentary call of around 30 minutes long to answer any questions you may have and to see what working with me would be like. I appreciate that nobody's time is 'for free', so I will do my very best to bring you some value on this call.
I also work with small teams or groups (maximum of 10 people at a time). Prices for this would be agreed based on the requirements of the group.

The coaching packages I currently offer are:
IGNITE
From £100
60 minutes max. - £100
(can be spread across 1-2 sessions)
90 minutes max. - £120
(can be spread across 1-3 sessions)
2 hours max. - £180
(can be spread across 1-4 sessions)
- Sessions to take place on video call or phone only
- Unavailable in between sessions
- Master Mind Questionnaire (that I can review beforehand)
- If you decide to spread your time across more than one session then you have up to 6 weeks to use up all of your time
SOAR
£500
- 3 month coaching period
- 6 hours max. (to be used within the coaching period)
- Sessions on video call, phone, or in person
- Master Mind Questionnaire (optional)
- 30 minute Strategy Call (prior to or tagged on to the first session)
- Available by text in between sessions.
- Personality Test Review (optional). I can send details of this for you separately (the one I did was life changing for me personally)
RESOLUTE
£900
- 6 month coaching period
- 12 hours max. (to be used within the coaching period)
- Sessions on video call, phone or in person
- Master Mind Questionnaire
- 60 minute Strategy Call (prior to or tagged on to the first session)
- Available by text in between sessions
- Personality Test Review - (optional). I can send details of this separately.
My recommendation based on my work with other clients would be to spread your time across sessions as some of your realisations may come up in between working together, and we can discuss your progress in the following session. I'm open to discussion if you wish to adapt any of the above packages to suit your needs, and budget
About the Sessions
Sessions can be split across 30,60, 90, or 120 minutes and will be deducted from the total amount of minutes.
An in person session is a minimum duration of 60 minutes. For in person sessions I either see clients in a coffee shop near me, or we walk in a nearby park.
I would consider coaching in a location of your choice, but this would involve an additional fee.
Every client who commits to a package will receive a copy of my Mind Mastery Manual.
I will review all questionnaires before our first session.
I can e-mail suggested resources to you following a session should something come to mind.
You are welcome to record our sessions if working with me on video call.
For all text correspondence I will aim to reply within 48 hours of receipt – excluding weekends.
The Strategic Session (for both the Soar and Resolute packages) gives us an opportunity to run through exactly what you would like to get out of our time working together, You can also ask me any questions you may have before our first session proper. The Strategic session can be booked as separate or tagged on to your first session. The duration of these calls are in addition to your coaching hours and won't be deducted from the total amount.
